Step 1: Add a Custom HTML Block
In WordPress, open the site editor and navigate to the page where you want the booking widget to appear. Click the + button to add a new block, then select Custom HTML.
Step 2: Copy Your Booking Widget Code
Log in to your Hotelia account and go to Hotel Settings. Select Widget, then scroll to the bottom of the page to find the Embed Code section. Copy the booking widget HTML code.
Step 3: Paste the Code Into WordPress
Return to your WordPress page and click Edit HTML on the Custom HTML block you added. Paste the booking widget code into the editor and click Update.
Important Note About WordPress Plans
To display the booking widget correctly, your WordPress site must be on a paid plan with hosting features enabled. If the widget appears as a link instead of an embedded widget, you will need to upgrade your WordPress plan to Personal, Premium, Business, or Commerce.
Step 4: Start Taking Bookings
Your booking widget is now live and ready for guests to book rooms. Any updates made to rooms, rates, or availability in Hotelia will automatically sync with the widget on your website.
Before you can take bookings, your Stripe account will need to be integrated to Hotelia.
